●Use black nail polish, apply 2 coats ●Allow to dry ●Apply striping tape (2 lines) ●Using dotter, apply dots following the striping tape (lower side of the tape) ●Apply colorless nail polish, do not let it dry ●Apply rhinestones in a flower shape ●Apply colorless nail polish ●Let it dry... You are all set :)
