Yes, we are using pale pink and dark grey-practically black eye shadows, but at the same time, the look is quite formal and soft. I do not suggest using bright pink color! Too dangerous and not for a formal dinner! Besides, everyone should be really aware of the fact that pink sometimes makes eyes look sick! Let us do an abstract decoration for a change! This time I will be using a silver metallic wrap and rhinestones.

● Just apply your basic nail color at first (black here). Let it dry
● Then apply a metallic wrap adhensive in a shape you want your decoration to be and let it also dry for 2-3 minutes
● Apply metallic wrap with the matte side to the nail, let it stick and then pull it fast, so that the decoration remains on the nail
● Apply colorless nail polish to the nail top in order for the rhinestones to stick to the nail
● Apply rhinestones and fix the whole decoration with colorless nail polish

Tell me, ladies, how many times have you left your place looking

flawless and great only to return back looking like in a horror movie!? I bet A LOT! Yes, everyone wants to look beautiful all day long and therefore, here are some tips for you! ;)

To begin with, remember the word “moisturizer”! Why? It is easy - a moisturizer will not only plump and hydrate your skin and allow foundation to go on more smoothly but it will also help your makeup stay on longer! However, it is important not to over moisturize! Too much moisture can be a barrier for your cosmetics to properly adhere to your skin. Besides, it will literally slip off your face and/or move around. And you don’t want that, right?

Secondly, remember to prime you face! Primers prepare your skin for makeup by creating a protective base, which ensures an even coverage, and helps foundation and eye shadows glide on. Also, primers give makeup incredible staying power, whereas without a primer, makeup tends to be absorbed and look blotchy half way through the day.

Thirdly, do not forget to set the foundation with the face powder! Powder makes the foundation last longer, evens out your skin and conceals minor blemishes. Besides, it also prevents shine and gives skin a matte finish.

You may be wondering whether there are any tips for your lips... For sure! Filling your lips with a lip liner or even applying a layer of foundation on the lips can make your lipstick stay on longer.

Finally, do not forget about waterproof mascara! It does not run or smudge and therefore looks the same as when you have applied it... even if it was five hours ago!

Some dos of good nail growth

● Rub the fingernails of one hand across the nails of the other hand for about 5 minutes each day. This will increase nail growth
● Use a good moisturizer on your hands each night before going to bed
● Corners of your nail should not be filed. Filing them will weaken the nail and they will break easily
● Food rich in potassium, iron, calcium and vitamin B is especially good for your nails. Almonds, garlic, spinach celery, yogurt, eggs and seafood are good for your nails
● Drinking insufficient water can cause your nails to break
● If your nails are brittle do not use perfumes that contain alcohol, as this will further deteriorate the condition of your nails
● To prevent yourself from biting your nails, make a paste of the gel from one fresh aloe leaf by double boiling it in a pan. Put into a jar and apply this paste on your nails to prevent biting. Ingesting too much of this paste will cause vomiting
● To encourage nail growth massage the cuticle and nail with your finger tips

● Do not pick at your nail polish, as you will damage the nail

Acrylic nails: plusses and minuses

Hey there! Recently I have been receiving many questions about my nails… whether these are real or acrylic!? Well, my nails are acrylic! Just at some point I understood that I do not have much spare time in order to paint my nails, so getting artificial nails was the only option. I have had them for 4 months now and should tell you honestly that I did not have any problems with them so far (well, ok, just little ones)! However, l should admit that I have been reaaally careful with them! :)

So, let me tell you some pluses and minuses that I have experienced with my much beloved nails! To begin with, they are beautiful! Yes, just as simple as that! I receive so much pleasure when I look at my hands and this feeling is amazing. The interesting thing is that I am not the only person, who notices my well-groomed nails, but other people make compliments about them too. Secondly, you do not need to spend time on painting them if you don’t want to. Just get them done once in 3-4 weeks. Thirdly, it is so hard to grow your nails so long and with artificial nails everything is possible! Besides, if you do not like your nail shape, you can a little bit change it with acryl!

As to minuses… Chemical reactions! When the first day I got my nails done and got home, I decided to use some body lotion. Can you imagine my face, when my nails changed their color into... purple! So, be careful with that! Better to use gloves when using body creams, oils etc ! Also, forget about playing basketball or any similar games, your nails may just break and besides pain, that you will feel, you will need to spend additional money on repair, which is also painful in a way. :) You can’t sew and basically do any things that requires working with nails; they are not acute anymore! Also, no not touch acetone! Your nails will just disappear/vanish! :) The last one that comes to my mind is .. when you visit manicurist each 3-4 weeks, you need to spend 2-3 hours for your nails to be shaped, therefore it is very time consuming.

All in all, there are both pluses and minuses, but believe me you get so much pleasure every time you look at your beautiful nails!

How to:

● Apply base nail polish (pink here)

● Apply a generous coat of colorless nail polish, do not let it dry, it helps to move rhinestones without damaging the base nail color

● Apply rhinestones: start with green following by the yellow

● Create a net-type decoration

● In case colorless nail polish dries out, apply more

How to:

● Apply the base nail color to your nails (pink here)

● Take red and white acrilyc colors and mix those to create several-color flower petals

● Use a flat brush to draw the petals on your nail

● Take a small brush and a green acrilyc color to draw the leaves

● Apply rhinestones

● Apply colorless nail polish to fix the decoration

How to:

● Use black eye pencil to create the shape of the area, where rhynestones will be applied
● Fill in the space of the area with black color (MAC's sharkskin shadestick)
● Apply black eye pencil on your lower lid and blend the color
● Use "golden" color (Make Up Store) to apply highlight
● Apply rhynestones: start with outer corner moving towards the inner corner of the eye. Follow the shape that you created with the black color! Use different color of rhynestones!
● Apply mascara

P.S. Do not apply rhinestones too close to each other, it will be difficult for you to move your lids!

How to:

●Use black nail polish, apply 2 coats

●Allow to dry

●Apply striping tape (2 lines)

●Using dotter, apply dots following the striping tape (lower side of the tape)

●Apply colorless nail polish, do not let it dry

●Apply rhinestones in a flower shape

●Apply colorless nail polish

●Let it dry...

How to:
● Apply pink eye shadow from Threesome eye shadow trio to the whole lid

●Apply purple eye shadow from Outspoken eye shadow trio to the half of the lid (outer corner)

●Blend the two colors, so that there is no harsh line

●Apply Rec (blue) microshadow to 1/4 of the outer corner of the eye

●Blend purple and blue colors

●Create outer V with Pollution (black) microshadow

●Blend blue and black colors

●Starting from the outer corner of the eye blend all the colors following the crease of the eye

●Apply Threesome pink eye shadow to the half of the lower lid (inner corner of the eye)

●Apply Outspoken purple eye shadow to the half of the lower lid (outer corner of the eye)

●Blend both colors to eliminate the harsh line

●Use goldish color from Threesome trio as a highlighter

●Apply mascara
